Access Dexpot Settings after disabling tray icon

I can't find any ways other than re-installing, which is troublesome because I want to keep its tray icon hidden.

Under Settings/Controls/Dexpot components/Settings, you can assign a Hotkey.

I never noticed the start menu shortcuts .
