Simplified Chinese translation for 1.4.1

Hi,
I found Dexpot today and liked it very much. Nice software, thanks to the authors!
I found the Chinese translation is outdated. As a native Chinese, I can't speak German. So I used the old Chinese file by gnatix and the English file to make a new Chinese translation file. Cause this board seems not allowed to upload. I wonder how to submit the file to the authors. Maybe I should email it to one of the authors, but who's in charge of this? Thank you!
