Hi, Currently this happens with SublimeText 3 and foobar2000. I have them in desktop rules which copies them to All desktops. Condition is Executable is foobar2000.exe. As soon as I apply rules, all popup menus (main menu, context menu) disappear immediately upon clicking. For example, in foobar2000...
