anybody else experience this issue?
i'd love to hear some possible solutions to this problem

they appear active but i can't type,
this has happened with onenote and word so far, i havent tested it with anything else yet.
this happens no matter whether i switch with the window catalog, a keyboard shortcut, or hot corners.

I manually move program x to dekstop 2, it disappears from desktop 1,
I go to desktop 2, there it is,
I go back to desktop 1,
