I am unable to reproduce the freeze at the moment with no windows minimized, might be that it only happens when there are windows minimized. The taskbar flicker however happens in both instances. Happens in both situations, with and without minimized windows.

When I zoom on a window with spacebar, and toggle catalog mode while in fullcreen desktops preview, the zoomed window will remain in front while still being expose'd in the desktop preview window.

When triggering catalog in fullscreen desktop preview, the taskbar briefly flickers when triggering the catalog again.
Also, the catalog windows often freeze mid-animation, and require re-toggling to fix.

Using Windows 8, 64 bit.
