I'll see if I can narrow down some repro steps and send along a log.

Dexpot will occasionally either lose windows (making them 'hidden' by mistake) or duplicate them to all monitors when using desktop rules. Binding a key to 'Apply rules' helps clear this up, but this action only seems to affect windows on the current desktop. If this could instead act on all windows...

I've noticed that Dexpot seems to synchronously wait on responses from other windows. If any window becomes unresponsive, then attempting to switch desktops will cause dexpot to freeze, internally waiting on that window. This leaves the user stranded on whichever desktop they're on when this occurs ...
