Maybe it wasn't the settings actually, because when I move the Dexpot folder somewhere else such as my desktop, it minimizes VirtualBox to the tray just fine. I deleted my Dexpot settings and it's working correctly now. Something must of went wrong with my settings, i'm not really sure what exactly though.

I'm using VirtualBox 4.2.18 also but I'm on Windows 7. Applying rules automatically doesn't work either, but I did revert back to 1.6.9 and it's working fine now. Other things like transparency seem to work fine with VirtualBox even when I was using 1.6.10.

After I updated to Dexpot 1.6.10, VirtualBox no longer minimizes to the tray. It's using the same rule that Dexpot 1.6.9 was using, which is Executable is VirtualBox.exe as the condition. From what I've tested, other programs work fine with minimize to tray.

But I noticed that when I gathered all the windows to desktop 1, the other now unused desktops still show some windows in 'full-screen preview' even though they aren't actually there. Basically, I'd like to move all my windows from my other desktops to desktop 1 without actually shutting down Dexpot. I couldn't find anything on it in the options. Using Dexpot 1.5.15 build 1799.
