No it wasn't. The previous 1.6 just had the window visibility (and full screen override) problem.

Re: Flight Simulator X Window Visible Before Ready

I assume this change will be rolled into the regular release... Does it work?[/quote] It fixes the window visibility (that window is no longer shown), but it causes the launch window (the borderless flight selection setup, see previous screenshot) to not be movable, and the 3D DX region on that win...

Re: Flight Simulator X Window Visible Before Ready

Correction, I don't have any rules (I wiped them when I moved my profile over).

So the even with the latest update, the window becomes visible.

Do you have any desktop rules?

Yes... FSX is forced to Desktop 1. Is this some new way 1.6 does things?

Flight Simulator X Window Visible Before Ready

With the new Dexpot 1.6 running, when FSX is launched, a window becomes visible that didn't before. Once loaded, the normal game setup/launch becomes visible, but with this other phantom window still in the background. Also, despite FSX having been configured to start in full screen mode, it now alw...

Re: Application Quits on Desktop Switch

That fixed it. Thanks! There's a slight artifact. Although I have nDac set to move to a specific desktop on launch, the launch screen moves, but the main windows opens on the original desktop, until I click on something in the window (at which point the main window is moved and followed as configure...

Re: Application Shows on All Desktops

I actually have it set to move to a specific desktop right now via Rules, but I'll try it via that file.

Re: Application Shows on All Desktops

No... it's running as an administrator. I tried any and all options, checking Run as Administrator in Settings/General, and setting it to run as administrator on the executable's Compatibility Properties tab.

Application Shows on All Desktops (Solved)

I have an application (Plan-G - http://www.tasoftware.co.uk/planG.htm) running on Windows 7/64 that shows up on all desktops even though that option is not checked. Are there certain application that don't support virtual desktops? Is there some way to fix this behavior?

Application Quits on Desktop Switch (Solved)

I'm running Navigraph nDac (http://www.navigraph.com/www/ndac.asp) on Windows 7/64, and the application quits when I switch to a different desktop. Is this an application issue? Is there a way to debug it and/or stop it from happening?
