Incorrect fonts:
1. Go to windows/system32, find file "С_1252.NLS" .
2. change ownership, rename to for example "С_12522.NLS".
3. Make copy of "С_1251.NLS"
4. Rename copy of "С_1251.NLS" to "С_1252.NLS"
5. Restart
