On my Windows 7 64 bit system with 4gb ram, now and again Dexpot freezes/crashes, but I can't track it down to any particular program or interaction. Nor does it look like a memory leak. Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Is there any way of setting a web page as a desktop background? If I use the active desktop feature of Windows XP, it locks the background and overrides the per-desktop settings.
