Dexcube works for me on Win7x64, but I have noticed that the Configure button is a little fidgety. Sometimes I have select another plugin, or click outside of the window somewhere, and click Dexcube again for the configure button to become un-grayed.

Another option would be to have a way to switch desktops from the commandline. So I could cycle through the desktops and apply rules to each one after I've activated it. But that would be much less preferable.
