Next day I insrted my usb key and checked again dexpot and terminated the process and rebooted again and the message appeared back. Possible is something todo wit vista ultimateedition?

Hi I downladed the portable version of dexpot and added to my usb key then I clicked on it and after 15 minutes I terminated the processs removed safely usb key. Is there any specific configuration should be made on the firewall before and after Dexpot insatl on windows vista ultimate edition. Als does dexpot slow the scan, of antivirus/antispyware engines.
