Desktop Preview window sometimes just goes away

I've noticed after installing 1928 that the Desktop Preview window sometimes just disappears. If I select Desktop Preview twice from the menu, it restarts.

It hasn't happened yet this morning. When it happens next I'll reply to this with a log file.
