Is it compatible with ultraMon?

I want to define a desktop-link that knows on which desktop/monitor the application is executed with specific parameters.
(Not only the application should be executed on a specific desktop/monitor, but the same application should be started on different desktops depending on the parameters. This is possible, if desktop-links on applications are referenced and not applications themselves.)
