Windows 7 Pro - x64 - SP 1

I'm facing following bug/issue:
I have two monitors setup on my desktop and when I'm using any application, which has detachable window/s, then those which are detached and moved to second monitor are copied to all other desktops (second monitor space), no matter where the "root" window is placed.

Example software: Unreal UDK, moving Content Browser to second monitor.
