I use a couple programs that works like this:
1) It has several windows and I place them in a "stack" on top of each other.
2) Whenever a window requires action it comes on top of he stack where I will perform my action and it will go back on the bottom of the stack.
For example I want these windows to be locked on desktop 1, so it doesn't pop up when I'm on desktop 2.
Side note: By assigning the application to desktop 1 almosts works, except that it shows on desktop 2 a couple secs when action is required before it's moved to desktop 1. I don't want it showing up at desktop 2 at all.
