I believe this is related to what version of Windows 10 you are running, and it is due to a Windows feature called Sets. I had the same behaviour at one time, but when I upgraded to a newer version it went away. Microsoft removed the feature in build 17704.

I have this problem where the settings, windows store and calculator apps are open in the window catalogue and full-screen preview modes. I have not opened them myself and they only appear in those two places. See attached pictures. Does anyone know how to remove this issue?
