I made Japanese.dxs file with character code 'Shift JIS'.
('Shift JIS' is Japanese local character code and Japanese Windows's default code CP932)

Some string is okay but some string is wrong :(

do I translate from english.dxs to japanese.dxs?
and character code is ... UTF-8?
