Full-screen preview thumbnails' strange behavior

Full-screen thumbnails never show the correct backgrounds, but strange pictures.

For example:

[attachment=1]des_1.png[/attachment]
[attachment=0]des_2.png[/attachment]

Attempted solutions:
-> Rebooting
-> Check "Run as administrator"
-> Reinstallation

OS: Windows 10
