I would say that I still haven't seen it lose the preview window again.

However, one slightly important thing happened since I started it running that I should have mentioned. I've been transitioning to a new faster laptop. I did install the debugging version on the old laptop, but I don't do much with it right now. I installed the latest version on the new laptop, and I've never seen this one lose the preview window (although I do see app windows getting hidden very often, which I'm going to post about separately).

I would conclude that the root cause for the preview window disappearing is probably a race condition that is exacerbated by running it on a slow laptop. I haven't seen it on the new laptop, likely because it's much faster.

You've assumed correctly, by the way. The only change in this version is additional log output.

It's curious that since I installed this version, which I assume only has debugging changes, I haven't seen this happen.

Please update to version 1.6.12. Exit Dexpot and save the attached file to your Dexpot installation folder. Enable the Dexpot log file, reproduce the problem, and then send me the log.

This is just a repeat of the problem I've had ever since I started using Dexpot, but I thought I would try again.

Numerous times every day, when I move to another desktop, the "Desktop Preview" window goes away and doesn't come back. When I then select "Desktop Preview" from the menu TWICE, it comes back.

Any diagnostics I can provide?
