Well I found the answer to my own problem. In the settings, under Switching Desktops tab, I had customize screensaver enabled. When I unchecked that everything works fine now.

Hi,

I've noticed when I switch desktops my screensaver turns off. I re-enable it and sure enough when I switch again it turns off. Is there any way to fix it?

Another issue that I've noticed is that icons in the system tray turn red when I use remote desktop to connect to this computer. This is more of an interesting observation than a problem.
