Here's what I am using:
- Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
- Dexpot 1.5.0 Build 1042
- allSnap 1.33.2
- Dexpot is started via an entry in the registry
(HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run) - allSnap is started via a shortcut in the Start menu
After I log in to my computer both Dexpot and allSnap are running but allSnap's window snapping does not work. By that I mean, my windows do not snap to the edges of the screen/other windows.
- If I close Dexpot then windows snapping starts working immediately
If I re-launch Dexpot it stops working again - If I close and re-launch allSnap it works immediately
So, one fix seems to be that I need to figure out how to launch allSnap
after Dexpot launches. There are a few ways I can do this. I'll try it when I get the time.
I *love* both of these free apps (thanks so much for your work). Any thoughts on whether they can live together peacefully?
