Keep in mind that Windows 8 will also have hot corners: The start menu link (left bottom), the right "charm"-bar (right top and bottom) and an application switcher (left top) are trigged by going to either of the four screen corners.

Besides that it seems Dexpot is functioning properly on the Consumer preview of Windows 8.
