Using 1.5.99 build 1776 and Win 7 pro x64.

You probably noticed this already but with desktop manager set to show application icons it sometimes gets them mixed up with e.g the same icon in two places when it should only be on one or not showing at all.

Also if I try to put the desktop manager thing on top of my taskbar it seems to disappear so I've been forced to not put it there.
