In noticed something like that after I just had installed the program, but after rebooting once it never showed up again. It's a good idea in general to reboot once before starting to use this kind of program anyway, so it's probably not a real problem.

Sometimes the right and left button of the mouse can not be controlled well after switch the desktop and the right button of the mouse becomes invalid if I hide all icons on any one of the desktops.
