From the 1.5.7 changelog:

Fixed a bug that prevented opening systray info panels when using the Taskbar Pager

I think that's what rgbm3 is referring to. Make sure you are using the latest Dexpot version.

Let me guess.....
You are using an IBM laptop, with the little battery gadget, immediately to the left of the task bar systems tray?

when taskbar pager is enabled in win 7x x64,
if I click on my battery icon (or any other icon such as wireless icon) they flash for a 10th of a second then disappear. If i click on the notification icon panel first then click on the battery icon it works ok. Disabling the taskbar pager solves the problem but its a nice feature. Anyway, I constantly check using the icons so having them flash is not good.

I re-installed Dexpot and so far all is good.
