Hello,

What does Settings->Extra->Popup windows mean?

What does Disable task bar reordering means? The reason I'm asking about this specific one is that I've noticed that when switching back to Desktop 1 the order of the task bar icons is changed, but later on I notice that it is back to the "original" order. Is this the intent of this switch?
