My explorer will crash in a sense and reload then after it comes back, it lacks functionality and has glitches such as focus windows/right click context menu not working.

This is either caused from clicking on a taskbar icon that is not in my workspace that possibly it thinks is in a different monitor I guess? I don't really know how the program determines these things, but the way to duplicate it is to have a lot of open windows and clicking on the taskbar icons. Possibly try to click on ones of different workspaces/sending them around a lot/etc.

You turn on "Keep all Taskbar buttons visible"... and then what happens? Could you please explain again with a bit more detail?

If I enable this, it will cause explorer to glitch then my desktop/window manager doesn't work properly. For example, right clicking the desktop, the context menu will only put localized string not found. I have used Dexpot for a bit and know for certain that this setting causes it alone, because it works fine otherwise. I also have problems with my window focus which makes me have to press Alt + Q in order to manually focus windows. Clicking on them does not do it most of the time.
