Say I wanted to put cmd on my desktop as a sort of desktop command line. I could do It with a feature like that. And if I could remove the border on the window and set the transparency of just the black background in cmd, I'd have a cmd widget. Basically it would let the user make desktop widgets out of any program they wanted.

I recently discovered the Move to background command in Settings > controls > hotkeys > window commands, which sends the window to which it is applied to the background. I'm wondering if there is a way to make windows stay in the background even when it gets the focus again.
