Did you restart Toastify after assigning it to all desktops?

I have a spotify plugin called Toastify that displays a small popup at the bottom right of the screen when the song changes showing the new song name and artist.

However it is only displaying on the desktop I originally had active when I started the program and no others. I've tried manually assigning the program to all desktops, but it still only shows on the original desktop.

Any ideas on how I could get it to show on all desktops?
