Z key while in fullscreen preview

While in the fullscreen preview pressing "z" while mousing over one of the desktop previews it zooms to that preview for a larger view. I like having my fullscreen preview key be windows+z but I can't do that on Windows 8 because in 8 win+z is a default keybind.

Where is the action that Z is bound to so I can change it to something else?
