I (nearly) always run Windows Media Center in window rather than fullscreen. I haven't tried Windows Media Center in fullscreen mode with Dexpot.

When Windows Media Center is opened in window on one Dexpot desktop, it is shown on all desktops.

I am running Dexpot with "SevenDex" and "Desktop Manager" on Windows Home Premium x64.
