I've noticed a repeatable sequence of events with Acrobat Reader in Dexpot.
I have a 3x3 desktop grid. I have a Reader window open in desktop 3. I was in desktop 7 when I went into Hibernate and went to another office. When I opened it up in the other office and unlocked the screen, I was in desktop 7, but I saw the Reader window behind the main window I had up. I then moved to another desktop and then back to desktop 7, and the Reader window was gone from desktop 7. It's still present in desktop 3, as expected.
Other times when I've noticed this I've tried to interact with the "phantom" window in desktop 7, but I saw that all the window controls were inoperative.
