Their are two ways to change the language that I have found.
1)Right click icon in notification on taskbar>settings (or the folder and hammer icon)> third drop down list on the right is the language choice.
2)Portable version= open portable.ini file search for "Sprache" or ".dxs" and change "Sprache=*.dxs" to English or what ever.
