Re: e-Mail notifications

I take it that these notifications are programs that sit in the systray in the lower right hand corner (on the right of the task bar) ???

If this is not happening, I find it interesting as I have Thunderbird and a few "Growl" notifications that "pop-up" above the systray regardless of screen.

I will look into this as I use the same programs

When I receive new mail, I have Outlook (2010) set up to pop up a message and play a sound. In a similar manner, I have Google Talk set to notify me when I receive new Gmail. How do I set up Dexpot to have those notifications come up regardless of which virtual desktop I'm on? Thanks.
