Actually, the latest 1.6 beta does have the ability to restrict desktop switching to certain monitors.

I think Understand what he is asking for.

I believe that he is requesting that in a multi-monitor environment that Dexpot can be selectively operated on one monitor, or Monitors, of choice.

example:
In a three screen set up; the two screen on the right and left would remain "Fixed" while Dexpot works on the center screen only.
Or by option:
Dexpot functionality could then be moved to to the left or right screen only, or left and Right together leaving the center screen unaffected.

As I am understanding it. The user does not want Dexpot to influence more than one screen, or screens, of his choosing.

Dexpot does not currently work in this manner as Dexpot controls the entire Desktop environment (ie. Virtual Desktop ;) )
I have worked with a lot of VDM's over the years, and none have this functionality.
I can also say that this is not the first request I have seen over the years.
Do to the way that VDM work, it may not be possible.
Although it would be an interesting barrier to over come, I fear the Virtual Environment VDM's create are an all or nothing situation.

:dex:,

for what purpose? 'Sending' Desktop 1 to VGA, the other one to DVI? :)

Controlling VGA Output

I have been using this program to emulate two desktops. I would like to make it so the VGA Output on my computer always shows Desktop 1. Any help would be great.
