I have the exact same issue with Windows 7. I presume it has something to do with Aero..

Hope this will be fixed as Dexpot is truely a gem!

I have Dexpot Pro 1.4.0 build 484 installed (to fix the shadows issue when switching between desktops) on a Windows Vista machine. Everything works normally except that frequently when I switch between my desktops, I'll get drawing problems wherever windows overlap. The window that was "underneath" will have all white shown instead of the expected application. Resizing the window or dragging it off the screen refreshes the drawing and then everything looks normal again until I switch desktops.
