I think I figured it out.

I had to create a "mywechsel.ini" file in my AppData\Roaming\Dexpot folder.
In that file:

[Exe]
WindowsTerminal.exe=move
cmd.exe=move

Restarted Dexpot and now the Win11 Command Prompt window behaves like all other windows! :D

Windows 11 and Command Prompt window

Recently updated to Windows 11. Everything appears to be working as expected, except "Command Prompt" windows.
(Technically, when starting a Command Prompt window in Win11, it first starts "WindowsTerminal.exe" which then starts "OpenConsole.exe" as a tab.)

The bug is that if I start one on desktop 1, then switch to desktop 2, then switch back to desktop 1, that window is automatically minimized for some reason. Now I have a 3 monitor setup, and I like to have many Command Prompt windows open. So every time I switch desktops, they all get minimized and then I have to restore them all one at a time.

Any thoughts on how to prevent switching desktops from minimizing these windows?
TIA!
