Solved by going around the bug. Dexpot was waiting for Spotify.exe. I had rule to copy windows when spotify.exe is ran. Changed it to title matching and now it works.

Ad. 3. No integrity errors found.

Lately without updating my Dexpot started freezing. For example:
1. I try to switch desktop via shortcut.
2. It doesn't work.
3. I click on desktop switcher on the bottom windows bar (sry, don't know it's name in English).
4. It switches desktop, but normally fading desktop's name doesn't fade.
5. I click on desktop's name several times and get "Window is not responding".
6. I click that is should shut down Dexpot.
7. Dexpot shuts down but windows from current desktop stay.
8. I run Dexpot.
9. Switching works again.

Possible root causes:
1. I run pc for long periods without turning off (several days on average, sometimes with "sleep").
2. There's something wrong with my HDD (I'll investigate with HD Tune).
3. There's something wrong with my windows (sfc /scannow commencing).
