Rules might be applied in order to a separate window, however this is not what I want.

In my observation Dexpot takes Window 1 and applies rules in order: 1st rule, 2nd rule, 3rd rule... etc
Then he goes to Window 2 and applies rules in order: 1st rule, 2nd rule, 3rd rule... etc

However, I ment a method to do as follows:

Apply Rule 1 to All windows: Window 1, Window 2, Window 3, etc,
only then apply Rule 2 to All Windows: Window 1, Window 2, Window 3, etc,

This will help me to arrange Windows in every Desktop as I want because now they I are openned in random order.
