No, that's not possible. Same basic problem as this: [FAQ] Can I record the content of an inactive desktop?

Is there a way to bind an autoit script to one desktop? Because rght now the script only follows the active desktop and is used on that desktop. And the script uses a few pixelsearch commands. Would they still work even if autoit was binded to the desktop thats not active?
