Thanks for asking.
Initially removing the Default.rdp seemed to be the solution.
Then it didn't and i indeed removed that "solution" from my post.
But, after changing nothing new, it now works
So i don't need feedback anymore.
Don't really know if removing the Default.rdp was the solution though.

Anyway, removing it is a good startingpoint it seems.

You originally mentioned something about "default.rdp" and the problem being resolved. Is this the case or are you still looking for a solution?

Thank you Patrick for the suggestion but that wasn't the problem.

:dex:

Is this in regard to "Configure Desktops > Start-up"? Try opening the connection explicitly using a command like this:

Code: Select all

mstsc.exe "C:\Path\To\File.rdp"

RDP autostart, startup, assign application...

I want to autostart 2 seperate RDP sessions after booting win7 or during firsttime access on 2 seperate Dexpot desktops.
I must overlook the obvious solution because i just can't get it to work.
Win7 keeps telling me there is no program associated with the .rdp but there is.
When i run the .rdp manually it runs fine.
Never had any problems with it in XP pro so what am i missing here?
