if you save a profile, you copy your current settings to a file. This file remains unchanged until you save again or quit Dexpot while having "Save profile on exit" enabled.
Save your current settings to a profile (e.g. "Profile 1"), then apply the changes for the new profile and save again using 'Save as...' (e.g. "Profile 2"). Either switch between the profiles by loading them via the Settings dialog, activating "Show list of profiles on startup" or double-clicking a *.dxp file.
