Windows Explorer undergoes superbar

Hi all, I've noticed that if windows explorer window is open, it undergoes superbar on switching between desktops: if it's open on desktop 1 (for instance), switchin to another workspace and coming back to desktop 1 causes the window to migrate under superbar (whether it's maximised or not). Does anyone have (maybe solved) the same problem?
I'm using dexpot 1.6 on win 7 home premium x64
