I want to add that I found a workaround.
If I uncheck the "always on top" and then check it again the icons are visible again.

Hi, I'm running Dexpot 1.5.13.1721 on Windows 7 Professional SP1, 32bits version.
I usually use a virtual desktop to run a fullscreen terminal service with my father pc. The thing is that sometimes the desktop manager icons hide behind the terminal service, even when I always have "always on top" checked.
The same thing happends with msn, or Microsoft Outlook but far less times than the terminal service problem.

Nevertheless the keyboard shortcuts always works fine, it seems to be a visual problem only.
