Create a text file called mywechsel.ini in your Dexpot installation folder with the following content:

Xmanager.exe=move

where "Xmanager.exe" is Xmanager's executable name. Restart Dexpot.

I'm using Xmanager 3 on Windows 7 to connect to a Linux server and use X applications. If I have 2 Xmanager windows open in different Dexpot desktops, one of the Xmanager windows (the first one opened) will be whited out wherever the second overlaps with it. Here's a page with a screenshot:
