Create a text file called [b][url=http://dexpot.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1915]mywechsel.ini[/url][/b] in your Dexpot installation folder with the following content:

[code][Exe]
Xmanager.exe=move[/code]
where "Xmanager.exe" is Xmanager's executable name. Restart Dexpot.

I'm using Xmanager 3 on Windows 7 to connect to a Linux server and use X applications. If I have 2 Xmanager windows open in different Dexpot desktops, one of the Xmanager windows (the first one opened) will be whited out wherever the second overlaps with it. Here's a page with a screenshot:
