I actually have it set to move to a specific desktop right now via Rules, but I'll try it via that file.

Try this: Create a text file called mywechsel.ini in the Dexpot installation folder with the following content

Code: Select all

[Exe]
your_applications_executable_name.exe=move

Restart Dexpot.

No... it's running as an administrator. I tried any and all options, checking Run as Administrator in Settings/General, and setting it to run as administrator on the executable's Compatibility Properties tab.

Application Shows on All Desktops (Solved)

Post by techiejohn » 11.10.2011 18:07:08

I have an application (Plan-G - http://www.tasoftware.co.uk/planG.htm) running on Windows 7/64 that shows up on all desktops even though that option is not checked. Are there certain application that don't support virtual desktops? Is there some way to fix this behavior?
