It's still happening.
I ended up ticking all of those boxes.
There was an MCI COMMAND window still popping up.
And now OutlookFBThreadWnd is there.

Enable the rule's "Do not apply to invisible windows" option.

Yes. Outlook.exe goes to Desktop 2.
It just creates 11-15 windows for controls.
For now I've turned on GROUP BUTTONS ON TASKBAR so they are all on the one spot but I still have to sort through to find which is the one I want.

Howdy.

Whenever I'm switching between screens, Outlook 2007 starts spawning various Window control windows. So far, I've seen up to 15 including:
outlookfbthread
wms st notif
mci command
Those are a few of them.
Is there any way to stop them from spawning?
