Moving windows in Desktop Preview

Post by rtm » 30.04.2011 12:07:59

Hi,

I'm mainly using the Desktop Preview to switch desktops and to move windows around.

The latest version (1.5.9) seems to have fixed at least one major issue with that feature, namely that other windows in the target desktop of a move were frequently displaced.

There remains another problem with moving windows via the Desktop Preview. I have observed it mostly (only?) with the Windows Explorer. If such a window is moved from or through the active desktop it frequently vanishes from the preview. In some cases it can be revived by keeping dragging the mouse between desktops and it might reappear. In the remaining cases it is hidden off-screen and can be moved back on-screen with the help of the task bar icon's "Move" context menu entry.

Environment: Win 7 Pro x64.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
