I have the same problem, but setting Dexpot to run as administrator did not fix the problem. I tried closing Eclipse and reopening, after making the change, still no luck. Do I have to exit Dexpot and restart? If I do so, will I lose my other desktops?!?

Eclipse doesn't respect dexpot

I love dexpot, but i can't make "java eclipse" respect it.

Right clicking on the toolbar doesn't bring up the dexpot menu, and it doesn't get hidden when I move between desktops. I have a feeling Java is to blame, but is there anything I can do to fix it?

Thanks!
